Mississauga Residents Are Invited to “Try It” at Karate Club Eagle

Across Mississauga on September 17th 2006 free “Try It” events will be hosted by organizations from Get Active Mississauga. Karate Club Eagle is participating to encourage residents to become more active, increase their participation in physical activity and choose a healthy lifestyle.

This is an opportunity for you to sample the club’s programs at no charge and get started in an ongoing active program to improve your health.

By filling out a ballot and the evaluation information you could win FREE tshirts!.
Look for our staff wearing the “Try It” event button to get your prize ballot.

Karate Club Eagle has joined Get Active Mississauga, a group of 33 agencies, that has a goal of encouraging all people in Mississauga to become active every day and increase (the city wide participation in daily physical activity to 55% by 2010)  
All agencies participating in Get Active Mississauga believe and encourage everyone in Mississauga to participate in Daily Physical Activity for a minimum of 30 minutes per day to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
